Ironhide was one of the Autobots of Metropolis, who maintained order throughout the multiverse from Cloud World. As a surveillance 'bot, Ironhide dispatched Bumblebee and other agents to particular Spacetimes in need of care, although he still pushed for field duties assignments himself from time to time.
