Akiva Goldsman (born July 7, 1962) is an American film producer and screenwriter, who bounced back from writing Batman Forever and Batman and Robin by penning the Academy Award-winning A Beautiful Mind. He served as a consulting producer, writer and director on Roberto Orci and Alex Kurtzman's TV series Fringe.

In 2015, Goldsman was approached by Paramount Pictures to oversee the development of spin-offs for the Transformers live-action film series.
