Magno-locks are a technology from the Generation 1 continuity family.

G.I. Joe vs. the Transformers continuity

When Arcee, Perceptor and Grimlock were captured by the Decepticons, they were brought to the Predacon Bunker in the Gladiator Zone and restrained with magno-locks. The Dark Heart of Sandokan

Mag-locks were used to keep the Force Chip safe inside a panel in the Star Arrow when the ship crashed. It is unclear whether the mag-locks were part of the ship or the box that contained the Force Chip. Either way, Override was equipped with internal mag-locks, which she used to keep Longrack on her back in vehicle mode when they had to flee from Synthos. The Dark Heart of Sandokan
