Wings Universe is based on the Generation 1 cartoon, but deviates from it in cosmetic ways and continuity points.

As part of the reformation of the Wreckers, the group got the Rodimus Major, named after their fallen comrade. Tornado's Personal Journal While near the Dark Nebula, Primal Prime and the other Wreckers on board the Rodimus Major disappeared into a spatial anomaly. BotCon 2014 customization class booklet
