Wings Universe is based on the Generation 1 cartoon, but deviates from it in cosmetic ways and continuity points.

Qre was a notably unremarkable planetary body chosen by Jhiaxus as the location for his secret base. He transformed at least a portion of Qre to resemble Cybertron and constructed an elaborate automated weapons system for the purpose of training his newly created "second generation" Cybertronians.
