Talk:Hubcap (G1)
From MediaWiki
Is it worth mentioning that Hubcap appears really briefly in the 86 movie? He's on the conveyor belt inside Unicron behind Jazz and Cliffjumper, and is presumabely saved from an acid pit death by Daniel...
- I could have sworn that we already had a discussion somewhere about that scene (and that character in particular with an image no less) somewhere on the wiki, but I can't find it. --Khajidha 21:07, 6 March 2011 (EST)
- Hubcap never had a character model drawn up, that's why his appearance in the Japanese manga is so much more toy-accurate than the rest. It can't be Hubcap, it's just a generic colored in a manner reminiscent of Bumblebee. --Detour 21:38, 6 March 2011 (EST)
Which reality is "Gone Too Far" protagonist Hubcap from?
The page for Killzone labels Jackpot and Hubcap's home reality as the Classics reality. However, I cannot find anything for or against this anywhere. S.H.I.E.L.D. Agent 47 (talk) 18:06, 6 April 2015 (EDT)
- The answer to your question is in the notes. The Allspark Almanac referred to this Killzone as "Classics Killzone" in one of the Ask Vector Prime segments. --ItsWalky (talk) 19:12, 6 April 2015 (EDT)
- Thanks. S.H.I.E.L.D. Agent 47 (talk) 22:35, 6 April 2015 (EDT)
- Hubcap and Jackpot were not written to be from any specific continuity, just a generic "G1". It's part of we noted that TFs can and will be put into "close enough" universes once they leave Axiom Nexus. Where Killzone comes from doesn't make any difference. --M Sipher (talk) 22:58, 6 April 2015 (EDT)
