Targetmaster" is a Decepticon from the Transformers Adventure portion of the Aligned continuity family.

Paired up with the abusive and dumb Roadblock, Targetmaster probably dislikes his larger partner, as Roadblock considers the blaster-bot a lesser lifeform.
