Part of the fourth wave of Kreon Micro-Changer combiner sets, Floodgate can have his parts rearranged from a robot into a strange ice-dinosaur thing. He comes in a set with Bullhorn, Freezeout, and Roadhound. Their parts can all be merged to create the new combiner Lazerbolt.

He sports the generic animal head helmet, however it's cast in translucent plastic!
