Kazuyuki Okitsu

Kazuyuki Okitsu (興津和幸, Okitsu Kazuyuki born March 8, 1980) is a Japanese voice actor. In terms of anime, he has voiced multiple characters in programs such as Naruto and the Bakuman franchise. Perhaps his best known role is as Jonathan Joestar in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure.

In the world of dubbing, he has played Braeburn in My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic and Damian Wayne in Batman: The Brave & the Bold.
