Yukitoshi Hori

Yukitoshi Hori (堀 之紀 Hori Yukitoshi born September 12, 1952) is a Japanese voice actor, whose most famous roles are Dodoria and Android 19 in Dragon Ball Z and Tokumaru Tatsumi in Saint Seiya.
He is the older brother of fellow voice actor Hideyuki Hori
