Shinpachi Tsuji

Shinpachi Tsuji (辻親八 Tsuji, Shinpachi born on October 20, 1956) is a Japanese voice actor. Among his most prominent roles are Baihumon in Digimon: Tamers, Shintarō Kosaka in Witch Hunter Robin, Shachi in Yu Yu Hakusho, Pakkun the dog in Naruto, Big Ear in Big O, Elvis in Black Lagoon, Makarov Dreyar in Fairy Tail and Bason in Shaman King.

In the world of dubbing, he also voiced Carl Carlson and Mayor Joe Quimby in The Simpsons, Harvey Bullock and Bizarro in The DC Animated Universe, Dennis in The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie, Daedalus in God of War III, Frank Tripp in CSI: Miami, Tapper in Wreck it Ralph and Miles O'Brien in Star Trek: The Next Generation and Star Trek: Deep Space Nine.
