Justin is a human from the cartoon portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.

Without metal-coloured crayons there is no hope, no hope, no hope at all.

Justin is a young child who is interested in the Decepticons. Sadly, his lack of "metal-colored crayons" holds back his interest a tad.

Justin lamented that he didn't have any "metal-colored" crayons. Without them, he couldn't finish coloring a picture of Megatron. He was interrupted when his mother informed him that the real Megatron was making a live broadcast on TV. Megatron's Master Plan, Part 2
