Keith Silverstein (born December 24, 1970) is an American voice actor. His well-known roles include Johann Liebert in Monster, Kimimaro Kaguya in Naruto, Simon Belmont in Castlevania Judgement, Cain Morris in Tiger & Bunny, Coyote Starrk in Bleach, Dr. Kirby O'Neil in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Kenji Tsukino & Professor Souichi Tomoe in the 2014 English redub of Sailor Moon, Vector the Crocodile in the Sonic the Hedgehog series as of 2010 and Zasalamel in the Soulcalibur series.
