Bluster

Bluster is an Autobot from the IDW portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.

Son, you were an accident.

Often mistaken for his brother Blaster, Bluster is also an Autobot communications specialist. However, he has neither "the Voice"'s cool, in-control style nor his admirable elocution, compensating for his lack of polish with a forceful, self-important swagger.

He, Blaster, Toaster and Karmen may constitute the biggest Transformer family known.

IDW Generation 1 continuity

During the time that Blaster was lost in space, Bluster took over his duties as communications officer of the Autobot Orbital Command Hub. He was present when Searchlight relayed news of the Decepticon presence on Earth to Optimus Prime. Stormbringer #1

• Bluster owes his existence to an off-the-cuff explanation of a continuity error by Simon Furman in this blog post. Don Figueroa had drawn Blaster into the background of a scene in Stormbringer #1, and the later "Spotlight: Blaster" presented a timeline inconsistent with his appearance there. Thus... Bluster.
