Pete is a terrible seer, but a quality cop.

Synopsis

Out on patrol, Pete didn't expect to have much to do that day when he was nearly run off the road by a dangerously speeding yellow car. Rather than get angry, Pete noticed the car was approaching a bend near a cliffside that it was definitely going too fast for. The car went right through the guardrail, at which point Pete transformed and caught it just in time. The car apologized for its behaviour and agreed to respect the traffic rules from then on.
