Dee Bradley Baker
Dee Bradley Baker (born August 31, 1962) is an American voice actor, known for roles such as Dad from Cow & Chicken, Numbah 4 in Codename: Kids Next Door, Ra's al Ghul in Batman: Arkham City, Daffy Duck in Space Jam, Dr. Octopus & Mr. Fantastic in Lego Marvel Super Heroes, Cinnamon Bun in Adventure Time, Carnage & The Lizard in the 2000 Spider-Man Game, Nightcrawler in X-Men Legends, Lord Cedric in W.I.T.C.H., Brainiac in Lego Batman 3: Beyond Gotham, the ever lovable German Fish Klaus Heissler in American Dad!, the Techies in Dota 2, as well as characters in Star Wars: The Clone Wars (including ALL of the clones), The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy, a few of the Omnitrix aliens in Ben 10 and Ben 10 Omniverse, pretty much ALL of the Omnitrix aliens in Ben 10: Alien Force and Ben 10: Ultimate Alien, Spongebob Squarepants and Olmec in Legends of the Hidden Temple.
Much like Frank Welker, he can "voice" non-talking animal characters really well, such as Appa the Sky Bison and Momo the Flying Lemur from Avatar: the Last Airbender, Ooga the Sky Bison, Naga the Polar Bear Dog and Pabu the Fire Ferret in The Legend of Korra, Waddles the pig from Gravity Falls, Wildmutt in all four Ben 10 series and Perry the Platypus from Phineas and Ferb.
