"Missing" First Page

Why is there a note that says the first page is missing in the digital version? I purchased the digital copy a little after 6 AM EST and my copy has the page that the note claims is missing. I use the Transformers Comics App from IDW Publishing (according to my appstore), but it still runs through comiXology. I'm not sure if that makes a difference. It might, I just figured it wouldn't. "SoundJack426 (talk) 14:27, 29 July 2015 (EDT)"
