Loco was created when Megazarak used the Robo-Smasher to implant shell programs into the members of Team Bullet Train. Together with Astrotrain and Steamhammer, he forms Dominus Trannis. He was originally known as Cowcatcher, until whatever fragments of Midnight Express that survived the Robo-Smasher drove him insane. Now, he is plagued by constant train station announcements that only he can hear. Bummer.Ask Vector Prime

• Cowcatcher and Loco were both names considered for a possible Team Bullet Train repaint by 3H Productions. Ask Vector Prime decided to use both for this guy.
• He is most likely named after the renegade GoBot Loco.
