Bonecrusher (Universe Ultra)
| The name or term "Bonecrusher" refers to more than one character or idea. For a list of other meanings, see Bonecrusher (disambiguation). |
- Bonecrusher is a Decepticon from 2001 Robots in Disguise continuity family who was drawn into the 2003 Universe War.

Bonecrusher is one of four Decepticons who combine into the mighty Constructicon Devastator. Bonecrusher forms the chest and head of the massive destruction machine. Due to being The shortest and weakest member of the team, he hates anything taller than himself. That includes and is not limited to, his fellow constructicons, his leader, and even Devastator (and he apart of that combiner so that saying something). He has no known connection with the other Decepticon construction vehicles named "Bonecrusher" throughout the multiverse, or even the one also in the Universe War.

Bonecrusher was created when the members of the Build Team of Viron 704.31 Epsilon was reformatted by Megazarak's Robo-Smasher. The team was ego-wiped and implanted with shell programs drawn from old Predacon personality components. On the eve of an important battle, members of both sides of the war, including the Constructicons, were snatched away by Unicron to participate in the Universe War. Ask Vector Prime
Toys
Universe (2003)
- Bonecrusher & Scavenger (Ultra-level 2-pack, 2006)
- Accessories: Grill-blaster
- A redeco of Robots in Disguise Wedge, Bonecrusher transforms into a bulldozer. His vehicle-mode grill/pistons disconnects to form a very wide double-barreled blaster. He forms the main torso of Constructicon Devastator, using the grill-blaster as a crotch-plate.
Notes
- While clearly an homage to his Generation 1 Constructicon namesake, this Bonecrusher's team technically has no name. The term "Constructicon" appears solely as a prefix to the name of their combined form, "Constructicon Devastator." Thus, the only Universe characters who can properly be considered Constructicons are the Micromasters, whose packaging does identify them as such.
- Bonecrusher/Scavenger's set, as well as the other two (Hightower/Long Haul and Overbite/Repugnus) was originally slated for the normal retail Universe line, sent to pre-release limbo for a while with the cancellation of that line, then finally released as one of three Target-exclusive Ultra sets considerably later.
