According to Vector Prime, the TransTech had been debating over whether this universe is a Primax-influenced Aurex universe, or an Aurex-influenced Primax universe.

Dr. Jones attempted to reverse-engineer the Maximus' combination technology and apply it to Mini-Cons, which resulted in the creation of the Micromaster Combiners. The Decepticons, however, stole this technology and used it to create their own Mircomaster Combiner. Thus, the two teams fought as the Unicron Singularity drew near. Ask Vector Prime
