Noa (ノア) is GT-R Megatron's GT Sister, created from his Dark Matrix. A "swift career woman"-type GT Sister, she works both quickly and accurately, a fact she's quick to get cocky about, not having a particularly modest personality. Her leadership skills are almost on par with Megatron's own, leading to a unique relationship between the two compared to other GT Transformers and their Sisters.

Noa interrupted Anna, Misaki and Hiro as they argued over which of their partners was the fastest by claiming all three were much too slow. She then prodded Megatron to show them what a real race looked like. As Megatron elbowed his way into the race, the race track announcer dubbed Megatron “the Silver Tyrant.” Noa protested, saying the name had negative connotations to it. Megatron nonetheless enjoyed his new nickname. Noa cheered along with the other GT Sisters when Optimus managed to convince Megatron to race peacefully alongside the other Transformers. Noa was present when GT-R Megatron entered the Transformers GT. GT-R Megatron Attacks! Alongside the other GT Sisters and their GT Transformer partners, she participated in promotional events such as photo shoots in order to promote coexistence between humans and Transformers. The Work of the GT Sister Race Queens? When a reincarnated Unicron attacked the Transformers GT finals and absorbed the energon saved up for the final prize, Noa entered battle mode and used the "Matrix In" ability inherent to the GT Sisters to merge with GT-R Megatron and restore his true strength. Joining forces with the other racers and GT Sisters, the two helped fight and defeat Unicron, saving Earth. The True TFGT

Notes
- Noa's outfit, or "scanning motif" as it's called in her profile, is the outfit worn by real life race queen Toshimi Takahashi of the S Road Girls around the time Transformers GT was released. The S Road Girls are a race queen group promoting the MOLA racing team, whose car GT-R Megatron transforms into, and represent one of their main sponsors, S Road.
