AT-AT Drivers are Imperial pilots that specialize in operating gigantic AT-AT walkers to crush enemies of the Empire. Some of these Drivers pilot specialized AT-AT walkers that can convert into colossal robot versions of themselves.

Wherever the enemies of the Empire decide to dig in, this specialized AT-AT walker is usually sent in at some point. While in AT-AT mode, its armor is impervious to most firepower the Rebels can throw at them, but when the Rebels bring out the heavy stuff, the driver activates the walker's secret weapon; transformation into an enormous combat robot that can easily overpower its foes.<ref>Star Wars Transformers AT-AT Driver/AT-AT package</ref>

  • AT-AT Driver / AT-AT (2007)
    • Accessories: Missile launcher/gun, missile, AT-AT Driver figure
Released in the 6th wave of Star Wars Transformers toys, the AT-AT Driver changes from an AT-AT to a robot based on an Imperial pilot. The head-gun assembly detaches and becomes a hand-held weapon that can fire a projectile, though the missile fires from the center of the weapon and not from any of the molded cannons on the weapon. The vehicle mode head has an opening hatch so you can place a pilot mini-figure inside.
This mold was retooled into the Imperial Trooper.
