The Aghartan electro-bass is a musical instrument. It bears some resemblance to Earth's own stringed instruments, but is large enough for a Cybertronian to play comfortably.

After the war, Jazz used his Aghartan electro-bass in concert with Sky-Byte's poetry, providing entertainment for the patrons of Maccadam's Old Oil House. Interference Patterns It was destroyed during the latest Decepticon uprising, and Jazz located its scorched husk in the ruins afterward. Full Fathom Five Jazz either repaired it or found a new electro-bass, bringing it to Earth and his interview with Hector Ramirez, but was forced to abandon his instrument once more to avoid an ambush by G.I.Joe in Mexico.
