Alexander B. Potter is a Canadian science fiction author and editor based in Vermont. He graduated in 1992 with a thesis titled "Prostitution in the United States, 1870 – 1920: Media Images versus Realities". Since then he has had a number of short stories published, and edited three collections for DAW Books. He also works as an HIV prevention specialist and paints landscapes.
