After the Ark-19 was shot down into the Gulf of Mexico, the Decepticon deep-cover facsimile operatives Deacon and Alexander Holt discussed whether or not they should proceed with Alpha-Scenario. They had received no updates or countermands, but agreed to proceed. Holt thought they could spin the sightings to their advantage. Devastation #2

• It was not revealed how successful Alpha-Scenario was over the next year, but whatever it was, it was probably rendered moot when Megatron engaged in a full-scale invasion of Earth in All Hail Megatron #1.
