André Luiz Chapéu

André Luiz Chapéu (December 11, 1940 - August 20, 1991) was a prolific Brazilian voice actor. Among his numerous voice roles were Brutus from the Popeye franchise, George Wilson on Dennis The Menace, and Cobra Commander on G. I. Joe.
