Anne Kerylen

Michèle Louchart, known as Anne Kerylen (December 6, 1943 - March 23, 2021) was a French actress and voice director.

She started as a teacher, teaching French, Latin and Greek. At the same time, she played on stage and studied theater at the Conservatoire of Lille. During the 1970s, she stops teaching and plays in several films and series. From 1978, she starts working in dubbing, which will become her main activity.

Her most famous dubbing roles are Miime in Space Pirate Captain Harlock, Shelley Hack as Tiffany Welles in Charlie's Angels and Pamela Roylance as Sarah Reed Carter in Little House on the Prairie. She also dubbed Molly Cheek in the American Pie films and Countess of Barry in The Rose of Versailles.

As a voice director, she notably directed the French dubs of The Nanny and Psi Factor: Chronicles of the Paranormal.

  • Since the European French dubs of most of season 3 of the original cartoon have been lost, it is unknown if Anne Kerylen dubbed Marissa Faireborn in other episodes.
  • The Return of Optimus Prime, Part 2 having been dubbed later than the first part, Anne did not reprise her role of Jessica Morgan for the second episode.
