The Autobot Alaska Science Base (アラスカ サイバトロン科学基地 Alaska Cybertron Kagaku Kichi) is an Autobot energy research base on Earth.

[edit]During an all-out Decepticon attack on the Autobot bases on Earth, Scorponok and the other Headmasters attacked the Autobot Alaska Science Base and massacred the Autobots defending it. Twincast was sent to investigate, but was knocked out by a passing Sixshot.
In the caverns under the base and next to a magma stream, Scorponok planted one of several bombs to blow up the Earth and Galvatron with it. As he exited the cavern, he was confronted by Sixshot, who was disillusioned with Galvatron's leadership. Together, the two pushed Galvatron into a battle with the Autobots where he was lost in the Alaskan ice. The Emperor of Destruction Vanishes on an Iceberg
