If you have just installed MediaWiki

You probably installed from Git, or directly from the source code using some other method. This is expected. Try installing some skins from mediawiki.org's skin directory, by:

Downloading the tarball installer, which comes with several skins and extensions. You can copy and paste the skins/ directory from it.
Downloading individual skin tarballs from mediawiki.org.
Using Git to download skins.

Doing this should not interfere with your Git repository if you're a MediaWiki developer.

If you have just modified LocalSettings.php: Double-check the skin names for typos.

Windsweeper (TFSS 4.0, 2016)

Available only with Combiner Wars Windsweeper as part of the Transformers Figure Subscription Service 4.0, the B-1B double barreled laser cannon is a redeco of Combiner Wars Skydive's non-combining gun.

Notes

The weapon's name is a reference to the [[wikipedia:{{#if:|:}}Rockwell B-1 Lancer|{{#if:B-1B Lancer|B-1B Lancer|Rockwell B-1 Lancer}}]], Windsweeper's original alt-mode in the Generation 1 toyline.
