  • Bendy-Bus Prime (2009)
Bendy-Bus Prime is a life-sized non-transformable sculpture with the dimensions 13×11×6 feet. There was only one produced by Paramount Home Entertainment and Pinewood Studios or Propshop, which was given away on December 9, 2009 in a contest hosted by [[wikipedia:{{#if:|:}}The Sun (United Kingdom)|{{#if:The Sun|The Sun|The Sun (United Kingdom)}}]] in conjunction with the release of Revenge of the Fallen on DVD.
He is made out of 100 original bus parts, and even has an Oyster card reader.

Notes

[edit]
  • Bendy-Bus Prime is purported to be "the first ever British inspired Transformer". Busby would beg to differ.
  • Boris Johnson, former Mayor of London, had all of the city's bendy buses withdrawn from service by 2011. Whether Bendy-Bus Prime has changed his altmode and name to Routemaster Prime or has moved to Glasgow is unknown.
  • This character was named "Bendy Bus Prime" in the article but "Bendy-Bus Prime" in the embedded video.
  • Bendy-Bus Prime's place in Transformers canon is questionable. He was created by an official Transformers licensor, but it is unknown whether Hasbro gave any kind of approval.
  • Bendy-Bus Prime was won by Craig Ryan, a casino worker from Yorkshire. He had difficulty putting it together, and "...what should be a 13ft tall and 11ft wide space-age marvel is currently sitting in bits and pieces at a storage depot in Leeds".
