Bert Franzke
Bert Franzke (born March 7, 1946 in Halle (Saale), Germany) is a German voice actor. He started out as an agricultural technician, but moved into the field of acting after studying at the University of Music and Theatre Leipzig. As well as appearing in theatre and onscreen in German movies and television, he works as a voice actor — some of his notable roles include Londo Mollari on Babylon 5, Gibbs in the Pirates of the Caribbean films, Sir Morris in The Big Knights and he is the second voice of Walter Bishop on Fringe.
