Arcee, tracking down the handiwork of her nemesis Jhiaxus, rampaged through the Stellar Cartography Archive. Ultra Magnus arrived and subdued her for violations of various treaties. After the two Autobots departed, Jhiaxus himself made contact with the Archive's robotic keepers, who assured him that the Nega-Core was unharmed and remained a secret. Spotlight: Arcee

Through the Magnificence, Hot Rod learned that one of the three Nega-Cores was held on the fourth moon of Bhul. Overhearing Hot Rod's report, Ultra Magnus recognized the location as home of the Archive, where he'd stopped Arcee years earlier. Spotlight: Doubledealer

Bhul was officially a neutral planet outside of the Autobot Commonwealth, though at least some of its inhabitants were hostile to Transformers. These self-proclaimed "freedom fighters" shot down an Autobot science expedition vessel above their planet, then captured and tortured Bumper, one of the crew members. They failed to get the location of the rest of the crew out of him. The AllSpark Almanac II
