If you have just installed MediaWiki

You probably installed from Git, or directly from the source code using some other method. This is expected. Try installing some skins from mediawiki.org's skin directory, by:

Downloading the tarball installer, which comes with several skins and extensions. You can copy and paste the skins/ directory from it.
Downloading individual skin tarballs from mediawiki.org.
Using Git to download skins.

Doing this should not interfere with your Git repository if you're a MediaWiki developer.

If you have just modified LocalSettings.php: Double-check the skin names for typos.

Blackwater Prison is a place to put folks you absolutely do not want to escape. Naturally, there have been a fair share of jailbreaks.

Some time later, the Dinobots broke into the prison and, lacking the tools to get Meltdown out, took the entire cell. Transformers vs. G.I. Joe

Located in the Florida Everglades, Blackwater Prison was the home to captured Cobra officers including Tomax, Xamot, and Major Bludd. Cobra mounted an operation to free them. Everybody Hates Metroplex

Ask Vector Prime

Master Disaster spent two years in Blackwater after being apprehended by Sergeant Deetz of NEST for running an underground racing circuit for the Decepticons. He was eventually tapped for Cemetery Wind after Sergeant Chaos recommended him as an operative. Ask Vector Prime

Blackwater Prison was also the name of a prison that was featured in Sunbow's G.I. Joe: The Revenge of Cobra mini-series.
