Blur Studio is a 3D animation and visual effects company based in California. Founded in 1995, the studio's works include animated shorts such as "In the Rough" and "Gopher Broke", the latter of which was nominated for an Oscar. They also created game trailers and cinematic sequences for games including Batman: Arkham City, Dragon Age: Origins, Star Wars: The Old Republic, Mass Effect 2, and Halo 2. In the movie world, they've provided special effects for the likes of James Cameron's Avatar, the title sequence to The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, and the original test footage for the Deadpool movie directed by studio founder Tim Miller.

Blur Studio are responsible for the cinematic cutscenes from Transformers The Game and the opening cinematic from War for Cybertron.
