Brain Drain device
The Brain Drain Device is a machine manufactured by Decepticon science, capable of draining away the intelligence of human beings, transmuting it into fuel-stuff to power Transformers. Once used, all those subjected to its power become irreversibly dull-witted. It also appears to affect its victims' memories. The device has a drawback; it is a complicated piece of machinery, and as such takes a long time to properly activate.

[edit]Sparkplug Witwicky discovered of the existence of the Brain Drain Device while fiddling around with a new radio invention. He also learned of the Decepticons' plans to unleash it on the concert taking place at the Heywood Heights concert taking place later that day. He then set out to warn the Autobots of Galvatron's plot. Whether or not he succeeded depended on what events followed. Project Brain Drain
