Brawley is a human from the live-action film continuity family.

Lt. Col. Brawley is an [[wikipedia:{{#if:|:}}SR-71 Blackbird|{{#if:||SR-71 Blackbird}}]] pilot. Nothing else is known about him, other than the fact that at one point, he was, presumably, Jetfire's pilot.

Presumably Lt. Col. Brawley was the name of the pilot of the real SR-71 Blackbird scanned by Jetfire for his alternate mode.
