Brian Keith Bloom (born June 30, 1970) is an American actor & screenwriter who is best known for his live action roles as Dusty Donovan in As the World Turns, Allan James in Drive and Pike in The A-Team film (which he co-wrote). In the world of voice acting, he is well known as the voices of Captain America in Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes, Zartan in G.I. Joe: Renegades, Cyborg in Lego Batman 2: DC Superheroes, Captain Atom in Batman: The Brave & the Bold, Ultraman in Justice League: Crisis on Two Earths, The Punisher in Avengers Confidential: Black Widow & Punisher, Jackie Estacado in The Darkness II, Don Vizioso and the VHS cartoon heroes in the 2012 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles cartoon, Black Mask in Batman: Arkham Origins, and BJ Blazkowicz in the Wolfenstein series.
