Seeking to escape the madness of Sector 7, Anne Fischer changed her name to "Tova Simmons," and opened a delicatessen with Mr. Cappuccio.

Seymour Simmons briefly met his father one night at the Cappuccio and Simmons deli, before Bill Simmons ran off into the night chased by Decepticons, and was killed. The boy and his mother then awaited the arrival of Sector Seven on the deli's front steps. Mr. Cappuccio provided Tova with some coffee to help her sober up before Walter Simmons pulled up in his black limo. Convergence chapter 3

Notes

• Mr. Cappuccio's existence is hinted at in the Revenge of the Fallen movie; the deli where Seymour Simmons works is identified with a sign that reads "Cappuccio and Simmons."
