Carlos Tuyuc is a human who lives in Quetzaltenango, Mexico. He is rather uneducated, having never even set eye on a map. Good thing you don't need a high school diploma to traffic alien weapons!

After an object crashed from orbit in Quetzaltenango, it burned and glowed for many days. After this died down, Carlos went to investigate the crash site, and found hundreds of weapons, along with a head.
