Carolee is a human from the Generation 1 continuity family.

Carolee is the loving girlfriend of Clayton M. Abernathy, whom she refers to as "Clay".

When Clayton returned from a mission to Cybertron, it turned out that the powers the Matrix had bestowed on him weren't only beneficial. Clayton began suffering horrific and alien visions which made him lose his grip on his life. Carolee did her best to help him, but he broke their relationship to spare her his misfortune.

Eventually, the burden of the visions became too much for him alone and Clayton reconsidered his decision. He was about to call Carolee to give their relationship another try when a newscast on TV reminded him there was much more he had to take care of first. Black Horizon, Part 1 of 2

An Earth-saving adventure later, Clayton finally called Carolee and took her on a stroll in Denver, Colorado, far from his former colleagues, alien robots and the press. Carolee stated that she knew Clayton was going through a rough time and that she wanted to be and work things out with him, but also that she was afraid he would push her away again. She asked him how he saw their future, to which Clayton kissed her and answered that it looked perfect to him. Black Horizon, Part 2 of 2

TransTech
