No, this weaponized chemistry set is the property of Tantrum, who probably thinks that the periodic table is a piece of furniture. It sprays its targets with highly reactive chemicals, which combine with any metals they hit to form new, hazardous compounds.

The Transformers Tantrum came with a black gun, identified in his instructions and packaging bio as a catalytic carbine. This toy was also available in a Predaking giftset, which was reissued in 2004 and redecoed for further releases in 2010 and 2017.
