Catching Fire is the second installment of a movie franchise about human gladiatorial combat.

In 2384, Cybertron intercepted an ancient Earth broadcast of Catching Fire. The Administrator was pleased to see this, as he hadn't yet seen the middle installment of the series. He wanly pointed out to Lio Convoy that the movies as a whole were the inspiration for the modern Games between the Maximals and Predacons fought in lieu of the Great War. Broken Windshields
