Chakar was part of a planet-hopping plan by the Decepticons in the J'kozian sector. This plan was cancelled with the end of the Great War and the advent of the Pax Cybertronia.

A Predacon insurgency led by Flamewar disguising herself as Megatron would later attempt this plan, invading Chakar first and moving on to Loneedo. The Razor's Edge

Spacewarp was hired by the people of Chakar to investigate why their neighbors the Rolikin of Roliak had suddenly become warlike. Spacewarp succeeded in neutralizing the interference which Rolikin society was experiencing, and the people of Chakar paid her an amount of energon Spacewarp considered hardly worthwhile.
