Charles Parnell

Charles Parnell (born October 26, 1964) is an American actor. He plays CMC Jeter on the Michael Bay-produced The Last Ship and previously played Derek Frye on All My Children, but may be best known for voicing blacula hunter Jefferson Twilight on The Venture Bros. and also Nick Fury in the 2020 Avengers game.
