Chromia is an Autobot from the Unicron Trilogy continuity family.

Chromia is the type of Autobot who you wouldn't want to cross, but if you become her friend, she'll help you in the stickiest of situations.

Chromia crash-landed in Inner Pellucidus, the hidden interior zone of Moldavite I, discovering that access in and out of was only possible every few decades. She would have simply toughed out the wait, but she ended up becoming the queen of the local female Moldavite tribe, the Valkyries, after saving some of them from the male Moldavite tribe, the bugboys. Spacewarp's Log (2), 2015/11/14 Centuries later, the Decepticon Spacewarp, who had been patrolling Moldavite I's orbit as a mercenary, stumbled upon Inner Pellucidus and the conflict between the Valkyries and bugboys. Spacewarp's Log (2), 2015/11/07 Captured by the Valkyries, Spacewarp earned membership in the tribe after dueling Chromia but saving her from falling to her death. Chromia believed that it was her duty to protect the Valkyries, but by this point the Valkyries were losing the war. Spacewarp decided to help, proposing to use her flight-capable alt-mode to get behind bugboy lines and destroy their supply of gurunium. Working together, Chromia and Spacewarp ended up finding a different solution to the war: deposing the conquest-minded bugboy leader Teximite Morbidius and brokering a peace deal between the Valkyries and bugboys. The Cybertronian duo then detonated the gurunium to gain access out of Inner Pellucidus, and Spacewarp arranged for Chromia to be picked up by a passing interstellar freighter. The two parted on good terms despite coming from different factions, and would save each other's lives on several more occasions. Spacewarp's Log (2), 2015/11/14

End of G1 Universe

When the Stunticons from the G1 World arrived in another universe's Velocitron and were brought before Flatline, a white, red, and orange medic assisted the doctor as he explained the multiversal nature of the society and impressed the Stunticons into becoming the planet's new racers. Chromia was repurposed from the "Chromia White Version" release of Chromia/Thunderblast.
Packaged with limited editions of the ninth disc in the Galaxy Force DVD series, the white and red redeco Chromia White Version (クロミアホワイトバージョン Kuromia Howaito Bājon) was an odd homage to the Super-God Masterforce Autobot Minerva. This release uses the Hasbro version of the mold, with the corrected face sculpt.
Later releases of the DVD did not include the toy.
This mold also served as the basis of the non-toy Beast Wars: Uprising version of Scylla.
