Francis Chuck Patton is an American animator, working variously as a director, producer, storyboard artist and designer. Between 1983 and '88, he worked as an artist at DC Comics, primarily on Justice League, and co-created the characters Gypsy, Vibe, and Jinx.
Following that he grew disillusioned with comics and moved into animation, with some of his earliest work being on the DiC incarnation of G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero. Among the other shows he's worked on are Captain N: The Game Master, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (2003), Spawn, Scooby-Doo! Mystery Incorporated, Batman: The Brave and the Bold, and The Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes.
