Con Facility 113

During the Silver Harvest, Con Facility 113 was built to implant artificially harvested sparks into constructed cold bodies. At its peak, thousands of "knock-offs" were being brought to life this way.

2005 IDW continuity

During his visit to the past, Brainstorm was running out of sociotemporal hotspots to try and prevent the Great War from breaking out and so eventually came to Con Facility 113 on 1st Cycle 012, the time and place of Megatron's creation. Stet He was pursued there by Rodimus and company and talked out of killing the nascent Megatron by Rung, although Rewind—having seen that the galaxy at large would be better off without their war—decided to finish the job.

Ultimately it was Whirl who stepped up and repaired Megatron using Brainstorm's spare Point One Percenter spark, setting the timeline back on track and inadvertently creating the first "hybrid" Transformer. After attempting to warn themselves by time phone not to set out on this whole mission in the first place, the rest of the team waited at Con Facility 113 while Rodimus and Cyclonus teleported to Unitrex in order to recharge the time case and return them all to the Lost Light in the present day. Notes

• Con Facility 113 appears to have been dedicated to manufacturing members of the manual class.
• Its name is one of many, many references in More than Meets the Eye to issue #113 of the UK Marvel comic, which originally got writer James Roberts hooked on the series.
• The facility may be located in Tarn, given that Megatron's full name is "Megatron of Tarn".
