- The Council is a human organization from the St. Michael Story Books portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.
The Council is the governing body responsible for the Nova Suspension Bridge. There are both male and female Councillors.

[edit]The Council convened to decide the fate of Sideswipe after his apparent destruction of the Nova Suspension Bridge. Councillor Crabtree, using a large cardboard standee to represent Sideswipe, argued against his favor.
The destruction had been all over the news, and with little doubt of the culprit, there was no real doubt of the outcome. The Council demanded that Optimus Prime permanently deactivate Sideswipe, and then broke for lunch. Deadly Paradise
