[edit]G.I. Joe, and the Earth at large, found themselves caught up in a war against the planet Cybertron. Crazylegs was among the many operatives sent to the metallic planet to take the offensive against their opponents. After an attack against the Decepticon city of Trypticon ended with the Joes on the run, they regrouped at Green Zone 0-8-6, their temporary camp behind enemy lines. There, Crazylegs helped secure Wheeljack after the Autobot was ensnared in one of the camp's perimeter traps. Targetmasters
Crazylegs then assisted his fellow Joes in vivisecting the Cybertronian, believing the giant to be little more than an unfeeling machine. The operation was tabled just in time for Wheeljack's friends to burst in on the scene and launch an offensive against the Joes. The humans returned fire, until blasts from both sides rendered all combatants unconscious. Funeral for a Friend
