A Cyber-slash tail weapon<ref> Beast Wars Dinobot's original packaging bio</ref> is a rotate blade used by the Predacon/Maximal Dinobot. When Dinobot transforms to robot mode, his velociraptor tail converts into a two-pronged blade that spins and spins. When deployed, it can batter enemies, deflect enemy fire, trim down wild bean vines, or, when its wielder is up in the air, provide a more gentle, controlled descent.

It has several other names:

• Rotary Blade<ref>Beast Wars Universe</ref>

• Grimlock's rotate blade is called a Spinning Slasher Sword.
